On 10 October I'll be running the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon 2010 to raise funds for UNICEF.

UNICEF is the world’s leading organisation focusing on children and child rights, with a presence in more than 190 countries and territories. The half marathon starts and finishes in Hyde Park, taking in St James's Park, Green Park and Kensington Gardens along the way. Even though there will be magnificent views of landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament I don't expect it to be pleasant!!! No pain, no gain..
