This page has been set up on behalf of Chloe Evans (Team Chloe) and also in loving memory of her Uncle Craig Evans who sadly passed away 1st November 2017 and who always supported Chloe and the charities that helped her and the family.  

So on behalf of Chloe & all the other amazing Heart warriors we would like to raise money for this amazing charity that raises awareness of Children with 'half a working heart' and also provides support to families with heaps of information & emotional support, which is always good to know that there's a friendly voice at the other end of the phone to offer support during difficult times.
