Story

Thank you for visiting our page and hopefully you won't leave without making a donation to St Luke's Hospice, we and St Luke's need your support.

From what started out as a personal challenge for two of us, the MeerKat family grew to 8 friends, with varying degrees of fitness, taking up the act of lunacy of walking 9 miles around at Midnight on 11th June.

Please support us by giving to a worthy cause (remembering to click 'Gift Aid') and give us the encouragement to keep going throughout the night...

Thank you.

In loving memory of my Dad, Bill Brimson. The Hospice does so much for so many, this is my way of saying thank-you. Sheryl.

For all the fantastic work St Lukes Hospice do. Walking for all those I know who sadly passed away from this terrible disease. Also for my Mum who has beaten it - 10 years, next year ! Paula.

Myself and May are walking for our Dad and all those family and friends who have lost someone special. Janette.

For my special Aunty Chris (my godmother) and some very wonderful friends, who I miss a lot. Chris

Truly one for the road - all 9 miles of it - just for you Martin - love you and miss you loads. Kaz x.

Im running for a dear family friend, Sylvia Allington, who sadly passed away 2 years ago. She was like a sister to me. She never complained and cared for others, even though she was battling her own illness. Jane xx
