Story

Dear family, friends and colleagues,

Thank you all so much for your kind donations.

The Etape was a magnificent day, with us finishing between 10 hours 20 and 10 Hours 59mins. A long day in the sadle, but is was a privilage to be part of a such a great event and take on some of the big mountains of the tour!

Thanks again for your generous contributions to this important charity.

Regards

Steve, Ric, Ian and Bill.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page

On July 16th, after months of training and wearing a lot of lycra, Ric, Bill, Ian and I will take on L’Etape Du Tour. It is 125 miles over 5 Pyrenean mountains in the July heat. It is an official stage of the Tour de France making it one of the most grueling one day cycling challenges on the planet.

The clip below gives you a taster of our challenge: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_q74uoXBfEM

The purpose of the challenge is to raise money for The Kent Oncology Centre at Maidstone Hospital who are currently treating my Mum for Breast Cancer. They provide complex cancer treatments including chemotherapy and radiotherapy. With their help, my mum and many other women will make a full recovery.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Maidstone And Tunbridge Wells NHS Charitable Fund will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thank you for your support and donations.

Team Ragazzi- Steve, Bill, Ric and Ian.
