On Sunday 24 October I will be taking part in the Great South Run in Portsmouth.

This is the third time I will have run this 10 mile race, the second time for my Charity Arthritus Research UK.

I am aiming for 1:20, having just spent two weeks in the US gorging on beef and cheese makes it even more of a challenge!

Please give generously, everything is appreciated, however small.
