Cheers for having a look and thinking about helping. Ive decided after about 10 years of wanting to do a sponsored run, to finally do one. It will be a 15km run around Richmond park for The Stroke Association on the 6th of December. So please as this is something which could affect any of us and any of those we care about lets try and make a difference. I appreciate that its not a good financial time however if everyone gives just a couple of quid we can make a difference. One less pint on a saturday night isn't much is it? What I would stress is how out of shape I am and how cold its gonna be so thats gotta be worth £2?? Any way Ill leave it to you to decide.
