I am going to attempt the Three Peaks Challenge in the summer of 2016 to try and raise some serious money to support Cancer Research UK.

The Three Peaks Challenge is to climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales (Ben Nevis, Ska Fell and Snowdon) within 24 hours.  This is an extremely arduous thing to do, and we hope that our friends and colleagues will dig deep into their wallets to help us reach our goal of £1000.

I'm doing this in memory of my late wife Kim Akers who passed away in June 2007 from a mestases of breast cancer in her liver at the age of 41, leaving behind our two sons Liam and Sam who were 14 and 11 at the time.
