Story
First up the charity:
I ran for Vitalise before. They offer bespoke breaks for the disabled, visually impaired and their carers too. They've got centres dotted around the country that offer respite and a bloody good laugh probably.

I'd really like to raise more this time as well as run faster and harder.
So to make it a greater challenge I want to run in under 3hrs. This will be very tough, especially as I'm only beginning full on training now. I hope it will motivate you to donate as much as me to blister.
I figure, because you all know I've run it before, you think it's a walk in the park for me. After a previous 3hr 12min time, for 3 days, I found it hard to walk to the shitter. Sitting down was also quite complicated. At work I used the disabled toilet.. A sub 3hr time means running every mile in 6minutes50seconds.
It also means I'll be officially considered 'good for age'. :D
