Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page in memory of Toby Seed. 11.02.88 - 04.10.18

Toby was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2012. He also suffered with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Recently his pain was throughout his entire body, and was causing him chronic fatigue, and pain in his hands. Tendonitis and arthritis meant it was painful for him to play his guitar. His music was his world -  he knew that there would be a point that he would no longer be able to play.

We were so proud of Toby for his courage and all he achieved, a lot of it whilst experiencing chronic pain. He rarely spoke about his illness, not wanting everyone to know what he was dealing with. He wanted to be remembered for the talented man he was.

There is currently no cure for Crohn's or AS and little understanding of it can affect peoples lives. There is so much that needs to be done.

We have set up this page as we do not want flowers at Toby's funeral service - we would rather that anything that would have been spent on flowers went to help others suffering with what Toby experienced. One day they might find a cure to autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's.
