What seemed like a good idea a few months ago has now come back to haunt me and this coming Sunday at 9am I am doing a 10km run and I need your help.  I know most of you will be saying 'it's only 10km' but I'm more concerned at my ability to be out of bed at that time on a Sunday.  So, I'm asking for your support in the form of sponsorship.....any donations, large or small, will be gratefully received!
