I've been climbing the Scottish mountains over 3,000 feet since 1997, and, with 242 of the 282 "Munros" climbed, I'm within a few years of completing them.

I thought I'd do something useful on my homeward stretch, and so I'm supporting a charity that's committed to finding a cure for the terrible disease that took my wife's mum from her at an age when no one should have to lose a parent.
