My grandad Thomas (Tom) Green passed away peacefully on 22nd December 2016 at Coventry Myton Hospice. The care they provided him in his short stay with them was second to none. The staff at the Myton made this very difficult time easier for Tom and his family and Tom passed away with the dignity he deserved.

We would like to give something back in Tom's memory so that other families continue to receive the support from the Myton Hospices.
