Dad was a keen keep fitter and endured a regular Monday night keep fit class that would have (and on one occasion did) put people half his age to shame.  His fellow masochists have organised a triathlon in his memory.

We have unearthed the speedos, oiled up the bikes and dug out the trainers.  Some of us have even done some training!

The triathlon consists of a 5km run, 16 length swim and 15km cycle.  Not quite the full monty, but enough for us on a Sunday morning in October.

Please give generously.  Dad spent a long time in the Duchess of Kent Hospice in Reading where he was well looked after by people who really cared.  It was a haven for him and the family.
