The Ally Cadence Trust provides support to families affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1. Children with SMA Type 1 have limited movement and may have breathing difficulties. We offer many items of specialist equipment to them that are not readily available on the NHS

Story

Mud, fire, ice, electro shock therapy, we're doing it all!  Approximately 22 obstacles over the space of 12 miles will push us almost to the limits, both physically and mentally.  Advertised as "possibly the toughest event on the planet."  To complete this challenge is a case of mind over matter and overcoming all of our fears!!

"Home to thousands of acres of the UK’s thickest woodlands, Boughton House’s log obstacles are some of the world’s most brutal. Be warned: upon conquering the forest, you’ll hardly be out of the woods. This Tough Mudder features tons of natural water obstacles and elevation changes are sure to leave you in pain".

Any sponsors would be much appreciated and will make all our pain and bruises so worthwhile.  All funds will do directly to supporting families of children suffering with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1, the leading genetic killer of under 2's.
