Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind is the leading local charity that provides confidential services for people experiencing emotional or mental health problems and their families.

Each year they work with over 6000 people to improve their mental health and wellbeing in lots of different ways.

Suffering with mental health problems, Mind helped our dad so much during the last few months of his life, providing the care and support he needed, treating him both with respect and dignity.  He had a lot of great things to say about this charity and we feel donations to this cause would be one of his last wishes.
