Hi I am taking part in Palace to Palace on 26th September 2010. Palace to Palace is a 45 mile cycle ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, hosted byThe Prince's Trust  in aid of The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign in memory of a very special boy, Alex Pearson.

 If you know me at all, you will know that I am extremely unfit but feel that this causes deserve a big effort on my part. Any sponsorship you feel you can give will be gratefully received by me and the charity. Alex's charity is especially personal to me as Alex died in March this year aged only 11. He touched the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to have known him. His smile is being sorely missed.

I would like to think that any penny donated may help to find a cure that could hopefully prevent the loss and heartache of other families.
