A fantastic charity; a close friend kicking my ass into shape over the last 12 months; over 1,500 kms completed this year; becoming a lot lighter - all leads to London next month.

The Plan: 1. Get round having raised as much money as possible 2. Take it all in 3. Smash my current marathon PB (3:44)
