Over the last couple of years three members of my family have been diagnosed with breast cancer - two of them in the last few months.  This has motivated me to do the race for life.  I asked for the support of my team with this and I am pleased to say that the ladies of the HCB BD&I UAT Team are entering the Race for Life event at , on 20/06/10 at 10.30am. 

Now I am not sure how much racing will be going on.  I am sure the more atheleic members of the team (Sharon & Alicia) will be sprinting along with the rest of us bring up the rear - Katie even mentioned stopping to feed the ducks along the way and Gina is planning on having a bottle of gin in her bag the help her around the course!

It doesn't really matter how we get round the course, the important thing is we are taking part, raise lots of money for this worthy cause & have a good laugh along the way.
