It was an amazing experience I shared with a crowd of 40,000! 30,000 finished it.
A special thank you to my husband and kids for putting up with my training and to family and friends who were frantically going round Paris on Sunday to surprise me so many times during the race.
I rediscovered Paris, under a glorious sunshine and I even thought it was not as hard as I expected it to be. With a lot of room for improvement on the time, I have decided it is definitely worth planning another Marathon!!
Thank you to all of you for the generous donations. The website will remain up and running for more for a few more weeks as my husband has not yet made his contribution!!
Hope to catch up with you all soon...
