I DID IT ...!!!  I walked 5 miles in 90 mins on Saturday morning feeling lousy from the flu, but it was such a good cause and I raised so much money that I forced myself out of bed!

It was a great sense of achievement but most importantly Brian would be very proud and thankful to everyone that was involved in the walk whether by sponsorship, walking or organising the event.

I am raising money for NACC in memory of a family friend, Brian McDonald, who died aged 39.  On behalf of Brian we are trying to help other sufferers of Crohn's in the hope that they can look forward to a brighter future.

On Saturday 13th October I will be taking part in a sponsored walk on Wimbledon Common.  As many of you know I will do anything to avoid exercise, but as this is such a great cause I've signed up to do this 5 mile sponsored walk.
