We are competitng in the Run to the Beat Half Marathon in London, to raise money for Help for Heroes.  This charity raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country. As news of the casualties in conflicts such as the war in Afganistan hits our news daily, please help us to raise money to support our injured servicemen and women.
