Somewhat by accident, I've volunteered to run this thing! I have no idea how I'm going to do it and I only have 9 weeks to train!

Please help me reach my target of £250 for Launchpad, a charity helping homeless people in Reading to get off the streets. The more you give, the harder I'll train!
