Hello - in a moment of uncharacteristic enthusiasm, I have signed up to cycle from London to Paris over 4 days in June this year.  I can only put this down to impending middle age but I am also hoping to raise money for a charity called Fairbridge, who do some pretty inspiring stuff in getting struggling young people who might otherwise slip through the cracks get back into education and training.  More info can be found here and here.
