I used to go to circuit training a few years ago in the Merlin centre and felt it had such energy, a great vibe. In  recent years I visited with my Mum for various health appointments and also a very close friend being diagnosed  with MS made me realise how important the Merlin Centre is  in Cornwall and if I can help to raise some funds whilst I’m on my own personal challenge how great that would be. So I will be cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia which is roughly 450km  I will keep you updated on my training journey and any fundraising events
