I'm taking part in my first half marathon - the Reading Half Marathon - in March and am trying to raise a modest some to help a great local charity - Creating Better Futures.

Creating Better Futures (CBF) are a Christian-led charity, based in Reading, helping children and their guardians in the Domboshowa and Mutare regions of Zimbabwe.

Their mission is to lift orphans and vulnerable children in Africa out of poverty by providing them with access to education, and supporting them through projects focused on feeding, nutrition, clean water, hygiene and sanitation.

Donations will help provide education, books, uniforms and food for children who are not as fortunate as our own.

Please spare what you can - it really will help towards my and CBF's goal.
