This year, I am one of 7 runners that Bristol Energy is sending to The Bristol 10k to raise money for Linkage's Turn January Blues to Gold scheme. 

LinkAge Network is a Bristol-based charity which has been established since 2007. The charity delivers a variety of projects and runs a community Network which strengthens communities, improves health and wellbeing, and reduces social isolation and loneliness among older people.
