Welsh 3000s: Past our Peak · 28 August 2015

The Fred Foundation provides funding for the specialist education of children with complex autism www.thefredfoundation.org

Story

We failed at 3 peaks in 24 hours last year. Therefore the sensible thing to try this year is 14 peaks in the same time frame.

Setting off in the early hours of Friday 28th August, a crack team of Mackenzie, Crichton, Loram & Han, supported by Renuke on the ground, will attempt to climb 14 of Wales finest peaks, all of which are in excess of 3000 feet.

As with last year we'll be keeping you updated, tweeting the pain, moaning and embarrassment using #Fred3000s from the moment we step foot on Snowdon to the ice baths in the following days.

With that in mind, this one is pretty much nailed on for success.

We're doing it again for the Mediavest chosen charity, The Fred Foundation, which is close to many of us and does unbelievable work in allowing children with autism to reach their potential through individualised programmes.

Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference.

Tom M, Tom C, Sam, Punesh & Renuke.
