Story
This walk is to raise money for SADS UK, Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome in memory of Emma McLellan, who died suddenly in June last year.
Before Emma died I had barely heard of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome and to be perfectly honest I thought it was just a label used when there was no obvious cause of death. I realised last June that it is very real and devastating for the families left behind. I have since found out that it can also be prevented. Among other things, SADS UK is currently working to ensure defibillators and training are provided to schools to make them Heartsafe.
Please give anything you can, it will all help!
Thanks
Wendy
