Challenge yourself to try something new, help us provide equipment to young people living with epilepsy to support independant living and help reduce the risk of SUDEP. Help us also improve the mental health and well being of bereaved siblings.

Story

We lost our youngest son Jon, aged 19 to SUDEP in June last year. When he was alive we always had lots of banter about my weight and I never quite got round to losing it as challenged. Now is the time, for Jon. I will lose 21lb for Jon's 21st birthday on my way to 21kg, my final goal. I will hopefully raise some money to help other young people in memory of Jon.  If you could pledge a donation to Jon Shaw Foundation, when and only when I have completed my challenge. I would very much appreciate it. I will give regular "tub dates" to let you know how I'm doing

Thank you.
