In December last year I sadly lost my brother to depression. He had ups and downs his whole life and really struggled. But after a terrible last few months, he sadly decided that things were too much and took his own life.

My brother loved running and found that this helped him massively. He was my world, he meant so much to me and I would love to make him proud by doing something that he would have loved to have done himself.
