Phil: On Sunday the 24th of November, I am hoping to run the Norwich half marathon for Macmillan Cancer Support, the only thing is I need to guarantee I can get £100 sponsorship. Last year I participated in a Naked Calender for cancer research, and this year I felt like doing something different, for those of you who know me well I've never done anything like this before, but I've started training and I believe I can do it. Will: I'm running the Norwich Half Marathon in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support because a couple of years ago my Grandma was diagnosed with cancer and they've supported her a lot through all of it. They do great work and I want to give something back to them.

This will be my first ever Half Marathon so will be a big challenge for me but I'm really looking forward to it.
