Story

Hello you. Thanks for dropping by.

Here's my thinking...

Not too far off a year ago, we lost a dear friend and a beautiful girl. Ms Rees inspired many of us in life, and (like the persistent lass she was) continues to do so from whatever lofty pinnacle she now graces.

Now, I'm quite sure she'd be among the first to raise a wry smile at the prospect of me running anywhere, let alone 10K, but I'm going to have a bash. Yes, I realise it's not a marathon,  but if, like me, you've done sod all exercise for 26 years, then it genuinely takes some dedication to keep pulling on trainers and taking the punishment. (My first attempt at a run lasted exactly 72 seconds... I was quite pleased!)

So, please chuck a couple of quid in the tin. The charity was chosen by P's nearest & dearest... I think she'd approve.

Thanks guys.
