With the devastating events that occurred in Minneapolis, I, like most people were horrified over what happened to George Floyd. I tried to come up with ways that I can help from the UK and after researching many American charities that specialise in police and justice reform, The Innocence Project was one that stood out. 

The Innocence Project is non-profit legal organisation based in New York that is mainly committed to exonerating people who have been wrongly convicted, but also seeks reform in America's unjust system - the system that was responsible for the death of George Floyd and countless other lives. 

Any donation, however big or small, will go so far in helping the victims of the American criminal justice system.
