The floods that have hit Pakistan are the worst natural disaster to ever occur in the country.  Despite this the UN and other aid agencies are struggling to raise funds to deal with the scale of the disaster.

I am planning to run a half marathon in 5 weeks time, and would love it if you would sponsor my little bit of pain for the UK based DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee)
