On the 25th May 2020 I'm giving up my bank holiday to run 10km for a charity that I support and really passionate about - Certitude. 

Certitude supports 1500 people with learning disability , autism and mental health. The donations will improve the quality of life for people with mental health , autism and learning disability as they would be able to have assistive technology which would enable them to have more choice and control of their lives for those with Autism and learning disabilities whilst enabling coping strategies for those with mental health.

The funds can also be used to improve their living environments  and meaningful use of time while mitigating some of the well known associated risks such as social isolation and lack of occupation.
