Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

Having done a few charity runs over the last few years, it was about time I ran the marathon.

I really have been touched by peoples lives since starting work as a doctor in 2008; and more recently have seen many neurodegenerative conditions affecting so many patients and their caring families. Apart from many patients I looked after, a very good family friend had Alzheimer`s disease- and the memories remain vivid.

I am currently doing a project on Alzheimer`s disease genetics.

I decided to run for Alzheimer`s society and would be grateful for any donation towards this fantastic charity.
