After British 10ks, Tough Guys, half marathons and parachute jumps, it's time for the big one... On April 26 we're running 26.2 miles around our great capital for SpecialEffect, the life-changing charity helping people beat physical disability to access technology and play video games. 

The work this small, extraordinary group of people does is inspiring and vitally important. But don't take our word for it: see the difference it has made to Ceyda, a young girl with cerebral palsy. Or Charlotte, who lost her limbs to meningitis. Or Ben, a boy with spinal muscular atrophy.
