I am running for Kelly: but running this year is also a personal challenge for me. I successfully completed the Torbay half last year, but knew things weren’t right and days after was diagnosed with an insulinoma, a tumour on my pancreas. I had it removed in September and have been lucky enough to make a full recovery: so running this year is a milestone for me and a massive opportunity to raise money for bowel cancer, such a great cause.
