Following my efforts last year I have decided to do the Great North Run again, partly for my benefit but mainly to give something back as it is such a good feeling to know that we all helped in some way those less fortunate. This year I am running for Children First Derby who are a small charity who help children and their families. Whilst all charity donations make a difference charities like children first do not get much publicity and as such get marginalised. Please help me to help them in any way you can.
