Alex Nickolay-Kell and Alex Wratten have decided to do something crazy and amazing all at the same time and will be leaving the comforts of home to trek the SAHARA!

We will be flying to Marrakech where we begin the 5 hour drive to M'Hamid, our starting point. We will be trekking across 100km in 6 days across low dunes, large dunes, mountains and flat desert!

The temperature will range from 1 degree at night to searing heat during the day and we will be building shelters, making fire and searching for food and water!

We are doing this for Help for Heroes as it is a charity that means a lot to both of us. We both have friends who are serving as well as friends who have served, some of which who have lost their lives to the cause.
