Dear family & friends,

The Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon is a one day event held this year on July 10 in the Scottish Highlands. I'll be raising money for Mercy Corps, a humanitarian aid charity working in some of the toughest and poorest countries worldwide.

The details are:

Swim - 1.5km across Loch Tay

Run - 24km across 7 munro's

Kayak - 11km up the loch

Cycle - 54km around the loch

Donating online is most efficient for the charity and remember to select Gift Aid if you pay tax.

This is the biggest public fundraising event for Mercy Corps so your support is massively appreciated and needed, thank-you.
