In July 2008 I will attempt to swim the English Channel to raise money for Regain - The Trust for Sports Tetraplegics.  Some of Regain’s aims are to:
• Help British sport tetraplegics lead independent lives
• Provide equipment
• Give support, advise & professional counselling
• Provide a forum for British sport tetraplegics to share their experiences
• Seek employment and occupational opportunities for sports tetraplegics
• reduce the number of accidents by raising awareness about the risks of sports tetraplegia
