The six nations is over, spring is here, so it must be time for some rugby 7's, this year 9 guys from AMEC london will be taking part in a rugby 7's tournament in an attempt to bring home the Windsor Cup and raise some money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The rugby 7's tournament is being held at windsor rugby club on the 24th of April, and the team is Darren Smith, Mark Welton, Andrew Schofield, Niall Russell, Gareth Killick, Lewis Johnson,  and Frank Longhurst.
