Hi!
First bit of exercise in a long time started with a 'sponsored 75km bike ride' 7 months ago... It's now gone out of control with training for an Olympic triathlon on Nov 30! That means 1.5km swim, 40km ride, and 10km run - i'm aiming to finish the Triathlon by the end of November - any time quicker is a bonus...
I'm putting myself through this on behalf of Kisharon, which aims to create better lifestyles for children and adults with learning difficulties as well as providing the care and equipment they need to achieve their goals.
The photo's not quite me (for the avoidance of doubt!)...
