We are running the "British 10K London Run" on the 6th July, it kicks off at 9.35am from Hyde Park Corner and finishes at Buckingham Palace, we expect to finish the race in under 45 minutes (10.15am - 10.20am) so if you are around please come down and show your support. There will be a load of entertainment both during and after the race for the spectators and 25,000 runners.

The Charity we are raising money for is Hadia Foundation. It's core belief is that 100% of all money raised or given has to go directly to the children and is not used to pay for over heads, expenses or even salaries as most charities in the UK do!!! All members of the Charity are volunteers.

I, Amr, spent a summer 3 years ago in Tunisia as a volunteer to help build a nursery for orphaned and disabled children living under the poverty line. I know first hand that the money raised goes to a very useful cause.
