Once upon a time I wrote a list of things to do before I am 30. As a result I have somehow signed up to run a marathon this autumn - eek! On 17th October I'll be attempting the 26.2 mile course in Amsterdam. Since it's a bit far to come and watch*, I'm asking people to SPONSOR A SONG on my ipod to help motivate me during the race!

If you'd like to help, here's what you have to do:

1) Donate whatever you can afford. 

2) Suggest a song in your donation message. It can be anything you like - something inspiring, something new I won't have heard before, or perhaps something we've had a dance to over the years. After much thought, I've put 10 tracks on the list already (see below) and I'll keep updating it. On the day I'll press shuffle!

All the money I raise will go to Shelter from the Storm, my local homeless night shelter where I have been volunteering since the New Year. 

Every donation will be well spent to help provide food, accommodation and support for vulnerable adults in Islington.
