XXX

Hi there, my name is Sharon and I am going to do the Great North Run 2007 which is my first ever run.  We all know how much of a great job Great Ormand Street Hospital do and I would like to help raise some money for their fantastic charity.

My 3 year old daughter Amy, she was born with a rare condition called Fibula Hemmimelia which means she was born without her Fibula bone in her right leg, she was born with her right foot pointing downwards and in February 2006 she had an operation at Great Ormand Street Hospital to correct the position of her foot, with this operation it has enabled my daughter to walk properly and to that I will be forever grateful.

She will also have to have leg lengthening operations in the future at this hospital so it really shows why I am doing this run for this charity.

Please give what you can

Thank You

Sharon
