I aim to raise funds for the NSPCC by using a popular New Year resolution, I aim to lose weight, improve my fitness and improve my general health

I will be doing excercise on a regular basis in the Copthorne Hotel Gym on Bramall Lane in Sheffield, I will be taking advice from a fitness trainer and also dietry advice, to make sure the work I will be doing will be done in a healthy way.

The 'weigh in' was carried out on January the 2nd at The Copthorne Hotel, due to me being 'big boned'  I weighed in at a hefty 16 stone and 4 pounds, I have now been excercising for 9 weeks as of the 6th March 2009 and have just broken 15 stones weighing in at 14 stones and 13 and a half pounds.

I have extended my page in the hope of getting nearer the donation target, it is difficult times for many people, the minimun donation is just £2.00

I have pledged to become a member of the new NSPCC Sheffield Business Group, with the aim of raising funds and awareness of the NSPCC and what the charity does in the Sheffield area.
