MS is a condition that  occurs in the central nervous system and is the most common disabling condition amongst young adults. My wife was diagnosed with MS 16 years ago when she was in her 40's. The MS Trust has been of great help in providing her with practical support and information and made the trauma of  managing the condition much easier to deal with - as well as extending her social world through contact with fellow sufferers. The recent exciting news on early stem cell research brings hope to a lot of people.
