From the 10th of May, I will be running a total of 100 miles over the course of 31 days. I am taking on this challenge to raise money for mental health awareness, and in the memory of Sophie Clarke. 

This is an incredibly important cause which unfortunately effects everyone of us, through our own personal experiences, to the experiences of our loved ones. Every donation will be greatly appreciated, and will go towards an amazing foundation that has already achieved so much through research and support.
